  • Issues surrounding Diversity and Inclusion from the perspectives of employees, employers, government and diversity organizations.
  • Comprehensive definition of diversity and inclusion, including the visible and invisible factors that make up diversity and the additional dimensions which may or may not be visible.
  • Overview of five reasons made in support of investing in diversity and inclusion by government, industry, diversity organizations and researchers.
  • Review of Employer Legal Obligations of Canadian Employers in the following areas: (a) Human Rights, (b) Equity and Employment Equity, (c) Harassment and (d) Accommodation.
  • An overview of some of the differences which are found in Canada’s diverse workforce.
  • Practical recommendations for developing and implementing successful diversity and inclusion actions or initiatives in your workplace.
